Bite Into These Soft Tender Gingersnaps!

When the holidays roll around, I love to get my bake on. I know I’m not the only one. There’s just something about fall and the upcoming winter that gets me in the spirit of baking like no other time of year. Maybe it’s all the friends and relatives I get to see and share something tasty with. Or maybe it’s the colder weather that makes me want to stand near the oven to warm up. Whatever it is, I can tell you that every single year, I am trying to do something different with cookies. And that is HARD. And not for the reasons you’d think.

I always find tons of stuff I like and that everyone else likes too. And then I have to sit and try to decide which ones to make. Try as I might, I can’t make them ALL. So I try to rotate the recipes a bit which of course upsets some people in my circle when I don’t make their new favorite. Oh don’t cry for me. They forgive me the second they taste the next thing I make for them. I am certain that will be the case with these soft, tender gingersnaps. They just embody the whole holiday season and are a snap, pardon the pun, to make. Let’s go to the next page (click the Next button below) to discover how to make these Gingersnaps.
