COOKIES FOR BREAKFAST, ANYONE?
Oh banana bread! How I love thee! It’s always such a great way to use up those bananas. Only in my house, I live with monkeys. Lately, I cannot get any bananas to myself. My husband and daughters eat them all before I even get a chance. Well, the youngest likes to eat half of the banana and then leave the rest of it scattered around. She likes to surprise us. Sometimes she smears it onto the table. Other times it’s onto the rug. And still other times, she likes to go for sneak attacks so that you don’t notice it until you have stepped in it. Lovely, huh?
So this time I made sure to buy plenty of bananas, enough that they would be able to stuff their faces with bananas and I’d still be able to make some banana bread.
