TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!
So I was looking for new recipes as I always do and then I came across these buckeye brownie cookies. And I cried. Tears of joy streamed down my cheeks. I mean, you HAVE TO see the photos. These made me stop in my tracks and drop to the floor. “I’m amazed! I’m amazed!” Oh but these babies are so so soooooooooooooo amazing. These are brownie cookies, which should already have you on notice. And then they’re stuffed with a ball of peanut butter. And then topped with chocolate frosting.
Sorry, I just fainted again. It’s everything that desserts should strive to be, perfect in every single way. Oh my GOD! It’s the Mary Poppins of desserts. Yes it is! And what’s more is that, while I am completely capable of making more challenging recipes, this one is so very easy and sometimes, that is exactly what you need.
