Big Buckeye Peanut Butter Fudge Cake!

A GLORIOUS CAKE IN 8 EASY STEPS!

This cake is made extra easy by the use of a box mix. But the original poster implores you to use Duncan Hines. Not wanting to tempt fate, I also used the Duncan Hines mix. You’ll bake it in 2 round cake pans as directed and let it cool. Make the peanut butter filling next. The milk will be added slowly until incorporated. Try not to eat it all up when you give it a taste.

Then you’ll make that panache ganache. The cream and butter need to come to that point just before it hits boiling. Then you’ll pour it on your chocolate and stir until it’s smooth. And then, you can pile this all together. If you want to make 4 layers, just slice the 2 cakes in half horizontally. If not, add the peanut butter filling on top of one of the layers and then add the second layer on top. Then pour the warm ganache right on top and let it run all down the sides for a truly sexy beast of a dessert. Yowza!

I found this chocolatey glorious recipe on the Tidy Mom blog. Click the link below to see the blog and full recipe for this Buckeye Peanut Butter Fudge Cake.
