WHAT’S NOT TO LOVE?
Let’s see…there’s chocolate. And there’s peanut butter. Is there anything better than that? Oh, yes. Just one thing…topping a cake made with chocolate and peanut butter with chocolate ganache. I think I just died and went to heaven. If I did, I’m in luck because all I see are cakes as dreamy as this one right here.
This is one of those recipes that I found while I was out and about and I thought, “OMG, I have to get home and make this like now!” Really! As luck would have it, I was running errands, one of them being the supermarket, as I was preparing for some of our friends to come over for dinner later. I know, I know. I’ve got a thousand cakes up my sleeve but this caught my eye because 1) it looked amazing 2) it was super simple and I didn’t have time to really slave over anything and 3) it’s chocolate and peanut butter, hello?!?
I quickly chucked my dinner items into the cart along with a couple quick things I needed to stock up on to complete this cake and now I’m going to make you a much happier person with this recipe.
