Butterfinger Oreo Pie Galore!

Ingredients:

  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 4 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 7 oz sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz container Cool-Whip or whipped topping
  • 10 fun size Butterfinger candy bars, cut into pieces

Steps:

  1. Crumble or crush the Oreo cookies using a food processor or in a bag with a rolling pin.
  2. Combine with the melted butter or margarine and put into a 9″ pie dish.
  3. Press crumb mixture up sides of dish and evenly across bottom.
  4. Place in the freezer to set.
  5. In a stand mixer or a large bowl with a hand mixer, combine cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter and powdered sugar. Mix well.
  6. Fold in whipped topping and then 2/3rd’s of the candy bar pieces.
  7. Transfer to the pie crust and smooth top. Top with remaining Butterfinger pieces.
  8. Put into the freezer and freeze overnight or at least 6-8 hours to freeze firm.
  9. When frozen, slice using a hot knife and enjoy!
