…YOU CAN’T STOP!
These are amazing. And I think I know why. I’ve seen lots of cinnamon roll recipes and while all of them are delicious, I’ve never seen one incorporate pudding into the dough. Genius! It makes these truly irresistible.
Another thing you should know about these is that they take a while to make. So either get up really early to surprise everyone or better yet, get your dough ready the night before so that all you have to do in the morning is bake and then make the frosting. Poor Snoopy didn’t get any frosting on his cinnamon roll but you will. Just make sure you get that ready right as these babies are coming out of the oven. You need to spread it over the cinnamon rolls while they’re still warm so the frosting kind of melts onto the rolls for that perfect coverage.
These really are some of the best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever made. They take a little less time than some of the other from-scratch recipes I’ve seen for them too, but as I said before, plan ahead and it won’t feel like an eternity before you’re all fighting over who gets the last one.
