I’M READY FOR APPLE SEASON…ARE YOU?
It’s mid-summer and I’m already dreaming about fall. Is that so wrong? If loving colder weather is wrong then I don’t want to be right. Where we live, apples are plentiful year-round probably because it’s hotter than Hades here. But even still, I associate apple recipes with that fall smell in the air and the cooler temperatures. Being able to open the windows and enjoy the breeze instead of cranking up the air conditioning. Oh yeah…
I figured I’d go ahead and start playing around with apple recipes so I can be ready for fall. I’m totally that over-achiever. I think I even gave apples to my teachers when I was little too. And I plan ahead and over-organize everything. Ok, when I type that out that makes me think I’m neurotic.
