BRIGHTEN UP SOMEONE’S DAY!
I love a dessert that you can look at and it instantly brings you cheer. It’s the kind of thing that you know when you see it that it’s just going to be amazing. When you walk into your holiday party at the office, a potluck at church or even your best friend’s home and you see something like these cherry cheese cupcakes, you can’t help but smile. With these, life is good indeed.
As it turns out, I was looking for something easy and fun to throw together for a friend’s party. As it’s warmer out, I didn’t want to slave over anything that would heat up the house. Nor did I want anything that was a pain to serve. Something people could help themselves to. Then I remembered this recipe and it was that Eureka-type of moment for me. These are a no-brainer.
