I’LL HAVE WHAT SHE’S HAVING!
When there are no words to describe something, or perhaps too many of them, it’s best to pull the “what she said” card. Because a recipe with a title like this takes too long to say. Halfway through I’m like, “Meh, you know the chocolate cake I mean. The one with the coconut marshmallow stuff.” See? So much easier! An easy feat this cake is not but it is indeed worth the effort to make someone special’s birthday, graduation or other milestone amazing. Say, my birthday is coming up. Who wants to bake one for me? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller? Sigh.
I’ll just have to be thankful my family remembers my birthday at all and I get a store bought cake for the occasion. Lord knows my husband, bless his heart, could not handle making something like this. It’s out of his realm. Even a box cake is. I’d rather him run to the bakery than burn down my kitchen any day.
