Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Breakfast Cookies!

IT’S THE BREAKFAST OF CHAMPIONS!

What I love about these, besides that they are cookies and I looooooooove cookies, is that they are even more simple to make than you can imagine. Which is good because you’ll likely be making these before your coffee kicks in. You’ll be using the premade dough without perforations. I like Pillsbury. Then you’ll unroll it and top it with a cream cheese mixture. Before you put the mixture on though, get the shape of the dough just right. Pull it out so it resembles more of a rectangle. After the cream cheese mixtures comes the chocolate chips. Oh yeah!

Roll it up like sushi, wrap it tight and tuck it in for the night. It needs beauty rest, just like all of us. In the morning, you’ll slice them off into what will eventually become your breakfast cookies. Make clean up easy by using parchment paper. While they’re in the oven, have some more coffee so that you’re bright-eyed and bushy-tailed for your big cookie breakfast.

I found this awesome recipe for this review from the Cookies & Cups blog. Click the link below to go visit the blog to see some more awesome pictures and get the detailed recipe.
