EVEN BETTER THAN AN ALMOND JOY!
Sometimes you feel like a nut. Sometimes you don’t. And if you can remember those commercials then you’re old like me too. I liked to get both and try to determine which I liked better, Almond Joy or Mounds. Inevitably, I still couldn’t decide bite for bite which one was better. I just loved the soft coconut in the center. That’s what stole my heart away.
These chocolate coconut cookies will steal your heart away too, much like the candy bars. They’re chewy and coconuty and chocolaty of course. There’s no flour in these. They’re just sweet and lovely all around. The different texture is nice for a change from what we usually see with cookies.
