Oh, summer. Why must you make my poor air conditioner sigh heavily every time I frantically push at the thermostat in hopes that it will suddenly feel like the arctic? You mock me, it’s true, but thankfully, you won’t completely thwart my cooking and baking adventures. Hot weather is the worst but no bake recipes are the best way to beat the heat, don’tcha think? Like this one I found for chocolate no bake cookies. No bake recipes are one of the best things ever. They take no time to put together, they don’t make it hotter in your home and they taste great. Score!
Now these are great and you probably have everything you need to throw them together in your pantry. Make a batch while the kids are at school so when they come home, they come home to cookies.
