Glorious Chocolate No Bake Cookies!

ACHIEVE COOKIE NIRVANA!

So if you’ve been reading my posts lately, you know I’ve been on a crazy fudge kick. It’s so simple and yummy! Well, so are these cookies. They’re as easy to make as fudge and awesome in a whole different way. Unlike fudge though, you’ll have to use your stove. But that’s ok. It won’t take very long to make things happen. Everything goes in your sauce pan except the vanilla, peanut butter and oatmeal. Get those things boiling and then boil it for one more minute.

After the mixture has boiled, you’ll then add the vanilla and peanut butter. Keep stirring until this all becomes very smooth. Then you’ll add the oatmeal. Stir it to coat it. Once it’s ready, line some plates or baking sheets with parchment or even wax paper and plop spoonfuls of the mixture down. It will take about an hour for the cookies to set. You don’t need to refrigerate them but you might want to if it’s hot out simply because they’ll be more prone to melting.

I found super sweet recipe on the Chocolate, Chocolate and More blog. Click the link below to see the blog and full recipe for these Chocolate No Bake Cookies.
