GO INTO CHOCOLATE OVERLOAD!
As a chocoholic, I must confess that nothing gets better than a cake like this. Because when you’re doing chocolate cake, you have to go all in. If it’s not chocolaty enough, it comes across as “meh” and you don’t want to be remembered for making a cake that makes people say “meh” do you? Didn’t think so.
What I love about this recipe is that it’s really easy to adapt for people who have allergies or those who are vegan. I’m not either and neither is anyone in my family, but it’s always nice to be able to accommodate people during special occasions. No one would want to be left out from eating this cake. Another thing I love is that it’s pretty customizable. How so? Well, the top gets covered with all kinds of chocolate and you could pretty much pick and choose your favorites.
