Not too long ago, I brought you my recipe review of this Southern Caramel Cake which was all kinds of amazing with very little fuss. Now I’m pleased to bring you yet another southern caramel cake option which is also easy and delightful. There are only a few differences, and it really depends on your preference which one you prefer. For me, it’s a tough call. I think I might need to just make both of them together and then have a taste-off. Where I’m the only participant. Leave me alone with my cake!
In any event, if you’ve never had a nice southern caramel cake before, you’ve got to try it. Especially if you love caramel. It’s a sweet, buttery, caramely and moist cake that will make everyone that eats it feel special. Because it IS special but the good news is that it’s not a complicated cake to make.
