Are you excited for summer? Some people get so psyched for the hot weather. As for me, I like parts of summer, but not the heat. I know…I’m weird like that. So what parts of summer do I like? Oh let’s see…the swimming…the cute shorts and tank tops…the get-togethers. There’s a lot to like about summer. While I tend to prefer not to heat up my house by using the oven, there are some recipes I’ll suffer for. And this is coconut cream cake is one of them.
It’s moist and delicious and has this coconut cream cheese frosting that is SO amazing! Of course, you don’t have to wait for summer for the tropical taste of coconut.
