BEHOLD, THE POWER OF CREAM CHEESE!
Thanks to the cream cheese, the batter will be thick. Like REALLY thick. But these cookies will also be incredible because of cream cheese, duh. Cream cheese solves everything. Well, most of the time anyway. What I also loved about these is they have that rich and gooey quality of brownies but in cookie form. And they also have white chocolate chips. Score!
Even better, these seriously have to be one of the easiest and most fabulous cookies I’ve ever made. No kidding! You can make the dough and bake them faster than you can run to the store and buy that pre-made stuff. And why would you anymore when you can make these? When cookies and brownies unite, their power of deliciousness cannot possibly be topped. So my advice is this: make these. Make them now. Invite friends over or you will find yourself eating way too many of them.
