Creamy And Refreshing Lemonade Icebox Pie!

NOTHING SAYS SUMMER BETTER!

With 5 ingredients (6, if you use the optional yellow food coloring), you can make a pie that everyone will love after a nice dinner on a hot day. It’s creamy and refreshing and it is so easy to make that you’ll be amazed. No, really! You’ll put the cream cheese and milk in a large bowl and beat them until they’re smooth. Then, you’ll add the lemonade concentrate and beat it, like Michael Jackson. What? Too soon?

Next comes the whipped topping. Fold it into the mixture and if you want to, you can add the yellow food coloring. Sometimes, we have these kinds of ingredients in our kitchen already. Red is more common in my kitchen but I didn’t have yellow. I wasn’t about to run out for it either. It was still a beautiful and delicious pie when all was said and done, but if you’re making this for company, adding the food coloring will make it extra pretty, which is what you want when you’re serving guests. When you’ve finished combining everything, pour the mixture into your crust. Cover and refrigerate until it sets. The longer you let it set, the better it will be. Enjoy!
