Damn Good Chocolate Bundt Cake For The Win!

TAKE A WALK ON THE WILD SIDE!

While this is a great bundt cake recipe, the original poster mentions that you can also make these into cupcakes. Not a bad idea if you’re throwing a birthday bash! To make this chocolate cake that dreams are made of, you’ll be using cake mix and pudding mix, along with some other ingredients. One of them is sour cream, which is notorious for making moist cakes. Another one is buttermilk. If you don’t happen to have any of that on hand, you can make your own using milk and either 2 tablespoons of lemon juice or vinegar. Easy peasy.

Mix it up and then bake it. When it has cooled, you’ll make the ganache. You can do this in the microwave to speed things up. The ganache should come to room temperature before you add it on top. Immediately following that, you need to add the mini chocolate chips, which will add the wow, or in this case damn, factor to this cake. But don’t dig in just yet. You should let it set for about 20 minutes and then you are ready to dive into the land of chocolate.

I found this delicious recipe on the Domestic Rebel blog. Click the link below to see the blog and full recipe for this Damn Good Chocolate Cake.
