Decadent Red Velvet Cheesecake!

AS EASY AS IT IS GORGEOUS!

I’ll be honest: It took me three or four times through the recipe to truly believe that such an amazing creation had been brought into this world. It’s brilliant, when you think about it. The frosting on Red Velvet cake can make or break the dessert, and what better frosting than CHEESECAKE.

I was thrilled with how beautifully this recipe came together. I was a little suspicious at first when I read it was 100% made from scratch and simple, however my worries were quickly alleviated. This recipe only dirtied one dish (aside from the baking pans, of course), took less than an hour to make, and included all ingredients that I already had waiting in my pantry. (No going to the grocery store in my pajamas? I think we’re all grateful for that!)

Be sure to let the cake sit overnight before completing it. I know, it’s hard, but you must wait. Once completed, I topped mine with white chocolate shavings and believe me when I say, this dessert is as beautiful as it is delicious.
