Delightfully Chewy Dishpan Cookies!

QUICK, EASY, DELICIOUS!

Hooray for another no-chill cookie dough recipe! You should always have plenty of those in your baking arsenal. Now that school’s back on, get ready to be assaulted with requests to join in the bake sale and all kinds of other stuff. These cookies will hit the spot for everyone. There’s really nothing difficult about these. Use your mixer and get all the ingredients going – the butter and both sugars, the eggs, the vanilla, the baking soda, the baking powder, the vanilla, the salt. And after that, the flour can slowly be added in.

Then comes the good stuff. The cornflakes, the coconut, and the oats. And then after those, add your chocolate chips. Bake until the edges turn a nice golden brown, then cool and serve those bad boys up to anyone who needs a cookie. Which is like everyone, so it’s a good thing this recipe makes a batch of 36.

I found this easy recipe on the Cookies and Cups blog. Click the link below to see the blog and full recipe for these Dishpan Cookies.
