RICH, CREAMY, CARAMELY, FUDGY!
Oh boy. I’ve done it again. I’ve fallen into a fudge hole and I can’t get up. I don’t want to get up. Leave me here. Let me savor these moments of fudgy bliss uninterrupted. Ok, that’s better. You have got to fall into the fudge hole with me on this one too. If you love fudge like I love fudge then you need to join my fudge cult. But there’s nothing evil about this fudge, well, except that it’s deliciously evil. This dulce de leche fudge is creamy and rich and will hit you with bursts of caramel between swirls of white chocolate. Not only is it delicious, but it’s also way pretty which means it could be a great gift during the holidays or whenever. My friend Tara just had her first baby so I made an extra batch of this to take over to her. I don’t know if she was happier to be a new mom or to eat the fudge, probably a little of both.
