PREPARE FOR A CHOCOLATE OVERDOSE!
There is nothing I tell you, nothing, that chocolate cannot fix. The news lately has been so bleak and there’s just been this general overwhelming sense of ickiness looming in the air. It’s almost like nothing is going right. My husband is grumpy because of things at work and every time I look online, some new horror has sprouted up. I can’t take it anymore. I have to spread cheer the only way I know how…in the form of baked goods.
Nothing seems to quell bad moods and unhappiness quite like chocolate does so I dug through my notes and pulled out this gem that I’d been meaning to make for a while. It seemed to just spring forth, as though it knew we needed to make it. It’s chocolaty, cream cheesy and coconuty, and it is gooey as gooey can be.
