Easy-Peasy 3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies!

3-2-1 ACTION!

Ok, ready for how stupid-easy these are? You just need peanut butter, sugar and an egg. And you can optionally add vanilla extract. Or even pimp these out with Hershey’s kisses in the center or a dollop of jam. I will so be trying these with Hershey’s kisses next time. I didn’t have any on hand. It’s on my list. You can use your mixer or even a good old-fashioned fork will do the trick to combine the ingredients. Then, roll the dough into little balls and put them on your baking sheet. Keep them about 2 inches apart because you’ll get some spreadage happening there.

You can also roll the balls into some extra sugar for an added bit of crunch or sprinkle the sugar on top. Up to you! Use your fork to press those telltale peanut butter cookie marks into each ball and flatten. Bake for about 7 minutes without overbaking. You want them to be soft and moist. And then that’s it! See? Now go bake your cookies!

I found this delightful recipe on the Popsugar blog. Click the link below to see the blog and full recipe for these 3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies.
