Even if it’s nowhere near summertime, this dessert will make it feel like it is. Something about fresh strawberries in a frozen dessert just makes the world look more refreshing. Drive to a theme park and ride all the roller coasters. Go to the supermarket and forget why you went. Climb a mountain. You’ve got time for everything now. Except maybe a cruise to the Mediterranean. This is a dessert everyone from kids to grown-ups will love. Summer barbecues when I was a kid always involved that gross Jell-O with the fruit inside.
