Fabulous Frosted Banana Bars!

NOT A LOT OF MONKEYING AROUND!

It’s a good thing these are so easy to make. I had them ready in no time and so will you. They take about 35 minutes plus some extra time for cooling. I was able to get these done AND fix my hair and makeup in plenty of time.

You’ll get your butter and sugar all creamed up until they’re light and fluffy. Then you’ll feed your mixer the eggs, bananas and vanilla. Make sure that’s all well blended before you add your dry ingredients. No need to go all crazy from there…it only needs to be just blended. Then you bake this and cool it. Easy. As it cools, make your frosting. You’ll beat it until it’s smooth. Then you can frost those bars. Because of the cream cheese frosting, you’ll want to keep them refrigerated when they’re not being eaten.

If there are any leftovers, I will sincerely be surprised. Also, prepare for the barrage of groupies who will soon follow you about, asking you how you made them. Oh, to be famous!

I found this banana-laden recipe from the Taste of Home website. Click below to get the recipe for these Frosted Banana Bars.
