Soft And Buttery Kentucky Butter Cake Cookies!

A COOKIE TWIST ON A CAKE CLASSIC!

Sometimes, I can’t stop myself from eating a spoonful of butter. I may or may not have confessed this to you before, but I’m at peace with my butter obsession. My youngest loves butter too. When you butter bread for her, she will eat the butter and leave behind a mangled piece of bread that my husband winds up eating. She’ll lick it off of her corn cob too, giving you her slobbered on cob to finish up. Before she’s done though, she will ALWAYS ask for more butter. This kid. Where she gets it from, I’ll never know.

Ahem. Anyway, these dense and soft cookies are buttery and cake-like. You are going to love these. They take much less time and effort than cake too. Which means you get to eat them sooner, and don’t we all love that? Yes. Yes we do. Get baking with these wonderfully addictive cookies now! Let’s go to the next page (click the Next button below) to discover how to make these Kentucky Butter Cake Cookies.
