BECAUSE 2 PIES ARE BETTER THAN ONE!
So not only did I find a lemony pie recipe to make you excited for the warmer weather, but I also managed to find one that makes 2 pies. Oh yeah! Because, why not? Are you getting ready to have a pool party? Or perhaps a barbecue or picnic? If so, this is totally what you should be making. These lemony pies have 3 distinct layers. The first layer is really tart and lemony, like the kind of lemony goodness you get from a good lemon bar or a lemon meringue. The second layer is more of a lemon pudding and is nice and creamy. And the third layer is made of sweetened cream cheese and whipped topping for a perfect finish.
