A SUPER SWEET AND SIMPLE TREAT!
I know lemon is the last flavor you probably think of when you hear the word “fudge.” But sometimes, it’s nice to step outside your comfort zone of what you’re used to and take a chance. I love fudge, as you can probably tell from my massive stockpile of fudge posts. It’s truly one of the most versatile sweets out there and you can make it in so many ways. Usually, I’m thinking chocolate when I’m thinking fudge, but recipes like this just prove that fudge can be anything you dream.
Even lemon. And I love lemon. I was so down for trying this. I can’t believe I didn’t think of it sooner. It’s lemony with that tangy, zesty flavor, yet creamy melt-in-your-mouth fudge.
