Tangy Lemon Fudge!

5 LITTLE INGREDIENTS. 1 AWESOME BATCH OF FUDGE!

Ah, fudge. If you’re ever in need of something sweet and easy, fudge should be your go-to dessert. And this one is so unique because it’s lemony. It would make for a great treat at a bridal or baby shower, or an afternoon tea. Or just because. That’s how I like to make my fudge, just because I feel like making some. Who needs a reason?

Grab your 5 ingredients and go. Line your pan with foil and grease it to make it super-easy to pop that fudge out when you’re done. Then get busy melting butter on low heat. When it melts, add the chips and milk, cooking and stirring for a good 10 to 12 minutes until the chips have melted. Next, add that marshmallow crème and the lemon extract. Keep cooking and stirring about 4 minutes longer until the whole thing is nice and smooth. Pour it in your pan and then chill until it sets. Nothing hard about this at all, except for maybe waiting patiently while it sets, of course!

I found this unique recipe on the Taste of Home website. Click the link below to see the site and full recipe for this Lemon Fudge.
