Fully Loaded Chocolate Chip Cookies!

BADDA BOOM, BADDA BAKE!

These are a total hit! If you have a houseful of kids or you’re heading to a potluck or just need cookies, you need these. Grab your mixer and set up the paddle attachment. You’ll get that butter and sugar going until they’re creamy. Then it’s vanilla and egg yolks. And then, flour, baking powder and salt.

You’ll use a spatula to fold in the good stuff – coconut, chocolate chips and pecans. Incidentally, you can leave off those pecans if you want. Or leave out the coconut. I added all 3 of these and was very pleased. The kids loved them too. Then it’s scoop, plop, bake and cool. These take a little longer than most cookies. Most cookies are around 8 to 12 minutes but these are 15 to 17 minutes. You’ve gotta love the simplicity that comes with baking cookies. So wholesome, simple and much better than ripping open pre-packaged junk for your kids to dig into.

I found this gooey recipe on the Chocolate, Chocolate and More blog. Click the link below to see the blog and full recipe for these Loaded Chocolate Chip Cookies.
