FOR THE ORANGE LOVER IN YOU!
Have you ever had fresh Florida orange juice? Yeah, that stuff is amazing. I took it for granted for so long until I lived abroad and there was no chance of getting orange juice from the sunshine state. Orange juice did not taste the same over there. When I moved back home, I must have drank 2 gallons of Florida orange juice within 2 days. Yum!
Anyway, I love me some oranges and I love me some cake, so why not an orange cake? A mandarin orange cake, to be specific. I covered one a while back but it was based on a different recipe. I’m tired so I can’t tell if there’s a difference in the ingredients or not, but there seems to be some slight differences in the method.
