This recipe makes 40 of the mini muffin sized treats, and these perfectly portioned delights are an incredible way to delight your taste buds while watching your waistline. If you absolutely, positively, unquestionably refuse to have a mini muffin tin in your house (for reasons completely unknown), you can make due with a regular muffin tin, but watch the bake time.
