THEY’RE SNACKTACULAR!

I am such a freak for bananas. When I was pregnant, I could not get enough bananas. I’d use them to make faux milkshakes by blending them with milk, a couple drops of vanilla extract and a few dashes of ground cinnamon. To me, bananas are one of those fruits that just taste like candy. It’s hard to believe something so yummy can be so good for you too. And that’s what made me extra happy about this recipe for pan fried cinnamon bananas. These are sweet, tasty, easy and quick, making it a fabulous no-excuses recipes to stick in your arsenal. It’s great for snacking, or for a simple dessert. It can even go with breakfast or just BE the breakfast. Oh yes.

For busy moms with kids, this is a great way to give them something sweet that they won’t suspect is good for them. Does that happen with anyone else too…your kids happily eat something until you tell them it’s good for them and then suddenly, it’s like the food they once were all too happy to eat has been marked by death. Kids are SO random. Ugh. Let’s go to the next page (click the Next button below) to find out how to make these Pan Friend Cinnamon Bananas.
