Pan Fried Cinnamon Bananas – Yummy!

EVERYONE WILL GO BANANAS FOR THEM!

Overly ripe bananas need not get wasted again. I know in our house as soon as a banana has that look to it, no one wants it. This is such a great and speedy alternate solution to just making banana bread. Which is a good idea too, but every cook needs something like this for moments when life is too busy.

This is so beyond easy too. You’ll slice your bananas and then put them in a heated skillet that’s been sprayed with olive oil spray. You’ll mix cinnamon, sugar and nutmeg in a bowl and after you’ve cooked the banana slices for about 2 minutes, you’ll shake the sugary mixture over them. Flip them after 3 minutes and do the same thing with this side. Don’t overcook the bananas or else they’ll turn into a mush. They will still taste good but banana mush is a little harder to sell than little fried discs of bananas, dontchathink?

The delicious little recipe that I found to make this review comes from the Dizzy Busy & Hungry blog. Click the link below to go visit the blog to see some more pictures and get the detailed recipe.
