TRULY UNBEATABLE!
Peanut butter cookies are as classic as it gets. They’re quick and easy and the payoff is huge, especially when you consider the time and effort you put into it. I’ve done a few peanut butter cookie recipes on here before. This one touted itself as the best. So naturally, I took that as a challenge. Because I love a challenge. I really do. In fact, I almost go in with the mindset that I can prove it wrong. Because I’m me and that’s just what I do.
But in the end, I simply had to admit defeat. These might really be the best ever peanut butter cookies. They’re soft and peanut buttery and oh-so perfect. Then again, there’s the ones from Disneyland but no. Not that those are bad but I just think these might be a teensy bit better. Don’t sue me, Disney! Yours are good too! I think what I like about these is they’re smaller, denser and softer and I am a sucker for soft cookies.
