It makes it peanut buttery perfection! You’d think with all that thick peanut butter, this would be a heavy dessert, but it’s very light and airy. And that peanut butter frosting is just dreamy on top.
Unlike most cakes that you would typically allow to cool before frosting, this peanut butter sheet cake demands frosting promptly. It dares to be different than other cakes and you’ve really got to respect that. Once you make the frosting, pour it onto the cake straight away.
