PEACHES AND DREAMS!
Fusionized desserts, when properly done, combine 2 or more incredibly tasty things into one mind-blowingly amazing thing that makes you feel like a fool for not thinking it up before. That’s what this dessert is. It takes peach cobbler, which is basically a much simpler and less stressful way to make a peach pie if you think about it, and combines it with a cake to make a snack cake. You know, like Little Debbie’s snack cakes. God, how I love those.
As much as I love those little pre-packaged snack cakes, Little Debbie ain’t got nothing on this recipe. For one, I don’t even think Little Debbie’s makes anything with peaches. Do they? I don’t know. What I do know is I succumbed to my inner chocolate fiend and my 2 begging children when we were last at the supermarket and I tossed a package of those Swiss cake rolls in the cart. I have no regrets about that. And I have none whatsoever about making this delightful cobbler-snack cake combo right here. That was a smart move. A dessert that easily doubles as breakfast can never be wrong. Let’s go to the next page (click the Next button below) to discover how to make this Peach Cobbler Snack Cake.
