SURE, WE ALL LOVE PLAIN FUDGE BUT DARE TO BE DIFFERENT!
Fudge is always such fun to make. Isn’t it? Even though it’s easy, it’s a treat you make for people you love. Or at least people you like enough. You wouldn’t share it with people you hate at work. Well, maybe you should. Maybe they’ll be nicer around the water cooler if you do.
When I found this recipe for pistachio fudge, I went, “Ooooooh.” Because I love fudge, and because I love pistachios. My dad loves pistachios too. Once, when visiting my folks, my mom picked up a big bag of pistachios. Dad and I sat down with some drinks and the bag of pistachios and gabbed away the afternoon. My mom came back into the living room and scolded us for eating all the pistachios.
So like regular fudge, this pistachio fudge is sweet and fudgy but has that distinctive pistachio flavor that makes it even more amazing. I mean, if you like pistachios that is.
