RELEASE THE CARAMEL!

How do you like your cookies? Do you like them hot and melty when they’re fresh from the oven? Do you like them to cool down a little first so they’re still warm yet don’t burn your lips in a way that results in filling up your swear jar with more quarters? Or do you like them to be completely cooled? Well, if you’re a cookie-freak like me then you just have to have your cookies warm. And if you’re like me, then you will looooooooooooooove these cookies because they are best when they’re warm. They’re delicious chocolate chip cookies with a melty caramel center. Cookie on the outside. Caramel on the inside. Bam!

I guess you could eat them cold but caramel is just so divine when it is oozing all over the place. In fact, caramel is one of the few things you can get into that oozes. Or cheese. Anything else that oozes is pretty gross…blood, slugs…okay, grossing myself out over here. Let’s go make these wonderful Salted Caramel Browned Butter Cookie Cups instead, shall we? Let’s go to the next page (click the Next button below) to find out how to make Salted Caramel Browned Butter Cookie Cups.
