THEY KEEP CALLING ME!
For the past few weeks, summer has been showing itself at the store and I’ve slowly been succumbing to all things summer. First, there were the goggles my eldest wanted for her swimming lessons. So I got her a pair. Then came the fun noodles for the pool. And the beach ball. And the big beach towels. And each time, I walked past a giant display of graham crackers, marshmallows and Hershey’s bars. Because I’m always reviewing other recipes, I often pay s’mores no mind. It’s not that I don’t like them. Oh no. Quite the contrary. I love them. I’ve reviewed a s’mores recipe before. But I saw this one and thought in the name of research, I better get in the kitchen and make these.
Because I’m definitely not that campfire girl. Not since college anyway. I just can’t suffer like that without air conditioning or wifi. My idea of roughing it is one bathroom for 2 or more people.
