CHOCOLATY, GOOEY GOODNESS IS CALLING YOUR NAME!
You all know how I love a good, moist and chocolaty cake, don’t you? I’m a sucker for them. I get weak in the knees. I think I’m in love. With a cake. Yeah. I’m seeing a therapist.
Anyway, when I first saw this one, I was very skeptical because there’s no frosting. I repeat: no frosting. Immediately, my internal alarm bells went off dinging and I thought, “How can you have a great cake with no frosting?” All I can say is I’m sorry I ever doubted you, Snickers Cake. You proved to me that it is what’s on the inside that truly counts. And on the inside of this frosting-less cake is a rich and gooey filling that will make you swoon. It totally makes it up to you for not having any frosting, trust me.
Although it is not made with any actual Snickers, it does have all the yummy features of a Snickers with caramel and nuts and chocolate.
