Sublime Soft Batch Cream Cheese Chocolate Chocolate Cookies!

WHERE HAVE THESE BEEN ALL MY LIFE?

These take no time at all but let me give you a few pointers to ensure they come out just right. The butter and the egg both need to be at room temperature. So before you get busy, hop by the kitchen and set those out for a while before. And speaking of butter, make sure you use unsalted. You’ll be adding sea salt to the recipe and if you use salted butter, you are going to have too much of a hit of salt on these. You only want to go subtle with the salt for contrast.

If you don’t like white chocolate chips then you can simply leave them out. Or try a different type of chip. You could do milk chocolate. Or butterscotch. That would be fun too. Oh! Or mint chocolate chips. Now I’ll have to go give that a try. That sounds amazing. Nothing hard about these cookies. You don’t even have to chill the dough. Just mix it and bake it. Ok, well there IS one hard part…waiting for them to cool before eating them!

I found this gooey melty recipe on the I Am Baker blog. Click the link below to see the blog and full recipe for these Soft Batch Cream Cheese Chocolate Chocolate Cookies.
