NO COOKING OR BAKING INVOLVED!
Oh yes. You read that correctly. There is no stove top or oven utilized in the making of this recipe. There is no microwave usage either. All you need is a mixer and one of those beautiful large glass serving bowls. You’ll mix everything together in your mixer except for the cake pieces and the strawberries in the order it calls for. Then you will start layering things. For the cake, you can use any angel food cake. That means you can make your own, or more likely, if you’re throwing this together in a pinch because you’re in charge of dessert at your in-law’s house tonight, you can use any store-bought one.
After the cake layer, add the strawberries on top of the cake cubes and line the sides. Then top with part of the pudding mixture. Keep up this layering until you end at the top, which you can decorate with the rest of the strawberries. Refreshingly simple and delicious!
