NOTHING TWO STICKS OF TWIX CAN’T FIX!
Or in this case, a package of Twix bites. If you remember that old tagline from that old Twix commercial, then congratulations. You’re as old as I am. But as old as I am, I can tell you that as long as I can remember, I have always adored this candy bar. What’s not to love? It’s cookie topped with caramel and then enveloped in chocolate. As a kid, I really loved scraping the caramel layer off with my teeth first and then eating the cookie. But now, I just kind of tend to gobble them up. Mostly because I’m afraid my kids will walk in while I’m eating them and I’ll be forced to share my super-secret stash of candy that I reserve for when everyone in this house makes me insane. Everyone has a stash. I know you do too. Don’t worry…your secret is safe with me.
