I sure hope the makers of Lucky Charms don’t come after me for using their slogan. I can’t help it. One bite of these magic turtle bars and I was a believer. As I chewed, suddenly – POOF! I was transported to a land of chocolate, caramel and pecan-filled bliss where no one barged into the bathroom to tell me that there was a fly outside the window of their bedroom. And in this magical land, no one woke me up with their snoring or threw themselves overdramatically onto the floor when I asked them to put on their shoes so we could leave the house.
My husband actually picked up his socks and shoes and didn’t wait until my butt cheeks touched the sofa to ask me to get him some water. Now THAT’S magical.
