Intense Triple Chocolate Skillet Brownie!

A GREAT WAY TO BRING THE FAMILY TOGETHER!

Make this triple chocolate skillet brownie and you’ll have no trouble bringing the family around the table together. It’s an easy dessert that you can serve warm or even after it’s cooled. It’s easy-peasy. Mix your batter up. Chocolate chips get folded in last. Then spray your skillet with non-stick spray. Pour in the batter. There should be about an inch of free space around the edge of the pan. That’s okay because the brownies will spread as they bake.

Really important: do not over-bake. The center is going to seem a bit gooey but that’s what you want. Because the skillet retains so much heat, it will keep cooking even after you take it out. So then you can choose to serve it immediately and drop blobs of ice cream, hot fudge, whipped cream and anything else your heart desires on top. Or you can let it cool and cut it up into wedges. Up to you.

I found this unique recipe on the Dinners Dishes and Desserts blog. Click the link below to see the blog and full recipe for these Triple Chocolate Skillet Brownies.
